Printer supports direct text printing with the 'us-ascii' charset.

Comments

Only works at 360x360 with stcolor and ghostscript 4.03.
Redhat users (and probably others) can upgrade to ghostscript 5.50, printtool 3.40 and rhs-printfilters 1.50 and use the Epson Stylus Color modes stc600ih, stc600p and st600pl (1440, 720 and 360 dpi).
4 color CMYK printing with 32 jets per color.
Works perfectly with the stp driver.

Consumables/Refills: separate black ($25) and color ($30) ink cartridges
