driver by Mark Whitis
Tested OK by driver author on
Manufacturer supplied printer.
Just remember that most software
expecting an 8-1/2x11 page (not
a mailing label) will print in
the UL corner of
the page without proper
configuration - adjust margins
so it prints in the LL corner
or adjust page size. Note that
pbm2lwxl is not a ghostscript
driver - instead it filters the
PBM output of ghostscript into
a form that works with
